Once an idealistic Technocrat out to save mankind from their own collective sloth and stupidity, he eventually grew weary of the misfortunes that people insisted on inflicting upon themselves.  Losing sight of his ideals, he turned to God in his search for purpose...and found the Ministry of Light instead.  Now, he awaits the day that the whole of civilization drowns in its own bile, and to this end he socially engineers the rising tide of apathy in global society.  After all, the only thing needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing....
Mary Magdalene Norikimo Septimus of Arrogance Genus: Vampire Clan: Tzimisce
A beautiful runway model in a bygone year, Kim Norikimo was introduced to the Ministry and began witnessing for them; that she displayed nothing in the way of charity or humility only delighted her new friends further.  Seeing great promise in her, they rechristened her and forcibly Embraced her by a captive Tzimisce host via an unholy baptism.  Vicissitude has since heightened her beauty and garnered the potent rank of Septimus...for if the cult is to succeed, then the virtue of arrogance--and its vested disregard for all "lesser" people's well-being--will prove vital.
Jacob Halliwell Septimus of Deceit Genus: Mage Tradition: Nephandus -- Euthanatos barabbi
Before the Ministry he was a mercenary spy and assassin for the many chantries of Doissetep, relying on trickery and illusions to stay one step ahead yet keeping to a personal code of honor.  Now, that honor has been stripped from his mind, leaving him the least trusted of the Septimi.  As needed as his Word--the virtue of deceit--is to the Ministry's infiltration and subversion of society, his craven acts have warranted strong punishments and reprimands from Simon Meridius in the past, and even now Meridius counts the days till Halliwell outlives his usefulness.
Abraham von Kessel Septimus of Despair Genus: Risen Guild and Underworld Faction: Unknown.
Few know this man's history save that his rampant alcoholism reduced him to a vagrant and plunged him into deep despair to the point of attempting suicide.  Even fewer know the truth: That his attempt to take his own life succeeded, but something brought him forth from his grave with soiled lips spewing blasphemies and eyes wide with madness.  Now the most favored of Meridius' Septimi, he instills his own contagious despair into those who would resist the Ministry.  Those who deduce that the Slumbering God itself greeted Von Kessel beyond the Shroud tend to perish before long...and always through being buried alive.
Moses Prescott Septimus of Greed Genus: Mage Tradition: Nephandus -- Order of Hermes barabbi
Aaron T. Prescott III seemed destined for greatness.  From his long family of bankers and brokers he got a taste for big business, and a chain of realtors were founded in his name before he was even 25 years old.  But profit was the be all and end all for his practices; evictions were swift and rife in his properties, and mercy and compassion were scarce.  When his midlife crisis prompted him to seek religion for answers, the Ministry counted the many desparate souls his greed and selfishness had cast into their hands...and embraced him as a brother.
"Eden" Septimus of Rape Genus: Mage Tradition: Nephandus -- Verbena barabbi
Cursed with genetic hermaphrodism from birth, this person's sexual ambiguity invited the scorn of classmates early on; scorn soon escalated to beatings, which gave way to death threats, molestation and brutal rapes in the shower rooms.  Enraged with that school's ineffective Catholic teachings, s/he came to Wicca to find inner peace and--once Awakened--was adopted by a Verbena coven.  Vengeful and militant, s/he confronted Rev. Meridius for a religious debate; in private, he picked at hir unhealed scars until s/he collapsed and submitted to his mercy and his tutelage.  Now bearing the torch of hir old tormentors, Eden violates and defiles in the Ministry's name...physically, psychically or otherwise.  Men or women, children or elderly...all are dragged screeching and thrashing into Eden's bedchambers, and none die peacefully.
Rebecca Petrov Septimus of Wrath Genus: Werewolf Tribe: Black Spiral Dancers -- fallen Shadow Lord Ahroun
Her First Change came early, and a chaotic event it was. Shamed into leaving Russia with her family, Ilyana Petrov soon met with the American Garou and served briefly as a caern defender.  But the Black Spiral Dancers overran their tiny caern, leaving her body broken but alive.  42 hours of torture in Erebus finally broke her resolve, yet she could never forgive the Dancers for maiming her.  So great was her thirst for revenge that Meridius noticed from half a nation away.  With her might bolstered by his dark prayers, her own Black Spiral pack died in agony beneath her claws. She now serves loyally and eagerly, visiting wrath upon the cult's foes through muckraking, blackmail, extortion, terrorism or outright murder.
